Note: If you do not request us to execute a Business Associate Agreement, we have no ready way to know that is your intent — as all information is fully encrypted in transit and at rest on our service.

Our standard HIPAA Business Associate Agreement covers aspects of the HIPAA law applicable to “no-view” service providers such as online backup and cloud storage companies.
