My name is Albert Einstein. I am a technical consultant to the customer support team here at Dr.Backup. My job is to make sure that the technicians here have a top-notch resource available to help answer your toughest questions.

From time-to-time, the team contacts me through my medium agent, Theresa Caputo, and in “theory” I’m able to get you a response “relativity” quick.

Your technician will instruct you to click on one of the links below to download the remote support software. You will then need to to: right-mouse-click on the “.exe” file in your downloads folder and select “run as administrator” to install the software.

Follow your technician’s instructions to establish a remote support session.
