Enter your Dr.Backup username below and click the REMIND ME button. Your username can be found in any recent backup status notification email message (example: AcmeWidgets-01)

All email addresses found in the To: or Cc: fields of  your daily backup notification message will be sent a password reminder. Use the password provided to login to the Customer Support Center.

If you do not receive a password reminder within 5 minutes, it’s probably because we don’t have an updated email address on file for you or it is otherwise being blocked. Please contact customer support at: 301-560-4534.

Remember that the password you are recovering is NOT YOUR ENCRYPTION KEY and can’t be used to recover lost data files.
