Today we are announcing a modest increase in the price we charge for many of our data protection services.

Beginning on January 1, 2024, this fee schedule will take effect for all month-to-month service clients.  The full pricing catalog of all services is available in the online Quick Quote calculator.

Our need to adjust service rates was primarily driven by higher staffing costs and increased software development fees that occurred over the last 2 years.

Recently, we have made dramatic improvements in the security of your data backups – making it nearly impossible for hackers, insiders or even a disgruntled employee to destroy your online data archives.

We’ve also enhanced the capability of our backup agent to protect your OneDrive cloud data. And, for a nominal license fee, we’ll  protect your SharePoint Online document libraries!

We understand the COVID years have been challenging for everybody – and as such, we believe that pricing adjustments should be measured and thoughtful.

As a team, we decided that to continue providing you with quality products and services, the only sustainable option was to pass along some of our increased operating costs to you at this time. This is only the second time in 5 years that we’ve been forced to make this decision.
