Support is what sets your product apart…I know that some others provide backups that seem to cost less. But, knowing that — no matter what — my backup would be there makes your services worth it to me.

Support is what sets your product apart. Typically when you call support, you either go into a queue or are asked to leave a message and hopefully will get a call back within 48 hours. Not so with Dr. Backup. More often than not, I get to speak with you live on the first try — and if not, someone called back within minutes. In every instance, you’ve been able to connect to my computer remotely and clear up any issues or upgrade the software right away. You always seemed dedicated to resolving my concerns regardless of how much time was required.
In one instance, another program made a registry entry that was causing problems. You did a conference call between support and a senior technician who cleaned up the problem on the spot. Between the two of you, you must have devoted over an hour to my issue. I know that some others provide backups that seem to cost less. Dr. Backup even monitors client activity. I’ve gotten emails when I was on vacation with the computer turned off notifying me that there might be an issue. In one instance I got a call following up just to make sure that there was no problem. This level of support is unique.
